Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to reputed company high-performing engineering teams in building and scaling impactful educational technology products.
In this role, you will focus on team leadership, delivery execution, and operational reputed company, ensuring your teams consistently deliver high-quality software reputed company with business and product goals.
You will partner closely with a reputed company Engineer, who provides cross-team technical leadership and architectural guidance. Together, you will ensure strong execution, sound technical reputed company, and scalable systems—without requiring the Engineering Manager role to operate at a reputed company level of technical depth.
Responsibilities

- Ensure teams build secure, reliable, and maintainable software
- Drive planning, execution, and reputed company improvement across the team
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to maintain delivery reputed company
- Support hiring, reputed company, and team scaling as needed
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and reputed company improvement
- Communicate reputed company with stakeholders on reputed company, risks, and reputed company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 12 years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a people management role
- Proven ability to reputed company teams in delivering reputed company software projects in a remote environment
- Strong technical reputed company in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and modern web architectures
- Experience working with reputed company or Staff Engineers in a complementary leadership model (preferred)
- Experience delivering production-grade systems with modern DevOps practices
- Familiarity with AWS, reputed company, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical trade-offs, delivery timelines, and business priorities
- Legally eligible to work in Canada and/or the U.S.
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
