The individual in this role is responsible for leading Data Governance teams to establish and maintain reputed company-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and standards that ensure data is trusted, secure, and compliant across the organization. This role requires communicating reputed company data governance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities:

• Leads a Data Governance team that designs and refines governance frameworks, policies, and best practices; leads reputed company governance initiatives across multiple domains
• Influences and aligns senior stakeholders across departments; navigates competing priorities and drives reputed company on governance reputed company
• Resolves reputed company data management challenges, optimizes governance processes, and implements sophisticated quality and compliance controls
• Mentors governance team members, builds governance capabilities, and establishes communities of practice across the organization
• Translates reputed company's strategic goals into operational governance plans
• Design and implement reputed company's reputed company-wide data governance reputed company, including policies, standards, data ownership models, and governance processes
• Build and reputed company the data governance function by reputed company data stewards and governance specialists, establishing a governance council, and facilitating cross-functional working groups

• Drive adoption and stakeholder engagement by partnering with Data & Analytics, Business Applications, CISO office, Product, Engineering, and business units to champion governance initiatives
• Establish data quality management programs, including quality monitoring frameworks, remediation workflows, and metrics to measure program effectiveness

Required Skills:

• BS or equivalent plus 8 years in data governance program
• MS or equivalent plus 5 years in data management and governance
• Ph.D. or equivalent plus 2 years in data management and governance
• 5 years leading data governance program or initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across C-suite to individual contributors
• Expertise in data quality frameworks, data reputed company, and metadata management
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, HIPAA)
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Cross-functional collaboration with distributed, global teams
• Organizational change management and governance adoption strategies
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL for data profiling and quality validation
• Experience with reputed company platforms: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, AWS

• Certifications (one or more required):
• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
• DGSP (Data Governance and Stewardship Professional)
• CIPP/CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Manager)

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $150,000 - $175,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
