Job Overview

The Patient reputed company Services III functions as an AltaMed ambassador in welcoming and attending to the needs of reputed company patients and creates a positive reputed company office patient experience by managing expectations while demonstrating compassion and respect. Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist, 2 years of experience preferred.

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred.

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a PSA or in an equivalent health care role required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.

• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the reputed company (AHA) or the reputed company guidelines.
