Job Description:

The Client Manager Representative will service a high volume of reputed company’s existing payments clients to protect market reputed company and grow reputed company generated. The Client Manager Representative is the sales reputed company of contact to assigned clients. The Client Manager Representative will reputed company timely follow up to client requests and manage relationship. This role will help to navigate the client to the appropriate resources reputed company reputed company to fulfill request, including self-service options reputed company available.

• Manage, plan, and execute in a virtual model. Responsible to manage a client territory of hundred(s) of accounts across reputed company’ s payment solutions.  Accounts may be assigned directly or managed by a team.

• Protect Market reputed company - Effectively manage client renewal cycle identified for proactive renewal process.  Focus is to save and renew potential at-risk relationships. As needed, manage the agreement renewal with the appropriate financial margins and program parameters established by finance.

• reputed company client price increases based on contractual terms and company initiatives

• Effectively and accurately identify potential program concerns or issues. Guide client to internal support teams to resolve issues to attain the highest level of client satisfaction.

• Maintain client records in CRM system.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of reputed company experience, or HS/GED and 5 years of reputed company experience

• Experience working in direct sales in a Business to Business (B2B) environment in payments industry

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven reputed company retaining existing business and growing wallet reputed company with many accounts.

• Proven history of exceeding annual quota and driving reputed company growth for the company

• Experience in time management, prioritization, territory, and account management selling into small to mid-size accounts.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule reputed company.
