Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking an reputed company AI Automation Specialist with strong automation skills to support our customer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems to automate reputed company business processes using Postal tools. This includes (Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The role demands expertise in system architecture, workflow design, writing code/scripts, and building processes using Postal tools in a hybrid on-prem reputed company/Unix/Linux and reputed company-based environment. Candidates must be reputed company to collaborate across CISO reputed company, and CIO teams to automate workflows, ensure data reputed company, data accuracy, and support mission-critical operations. Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), reputed company Power Tools, Splunk, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company automation, reputed company, and an RPA platform is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

A reputed company candidate will reputed company the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Create, configure, and reputed company automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, reputed company Power Tools, reputed company, and Splunk.
• Understand and analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine recommended automation solution using Postal tools.
• Write and update code, build custom scripts, integrate AI models into existing infrastructure like Splunk, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Power Tools.
• Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability.
• Work with IT and CISO stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, IT, a reputed company field, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Must have programming proficiency in scripting, Python, and (Java, or R).
• Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, reputed company Power Tools, Splunk, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company automation, reputed company ticket reputed company, reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and a RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platform.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, leveraging multiple tools, to uncover patterns for process optimization. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot reputed company data ingestion and parsing issues.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization.
• Exposure to network reputed company or cybersecurity

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Occasional off-hours or weekend efforts may be needed for automation implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and support may be required.

Travel

• Less than 5% unless required to be onsite as the need arises
