Analyst

Role Summary

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting reputed company-party sellers to optimize marketplace performance on JCP Platform. This role focuses on seller reputed company, performance optimization, issue resolution, and strategic support to enhance seller reputed company and marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Seller Evaluation, reputed company & Support
• Guide new sellers through reputed company, item setup, and catalog optimization.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and listing standards.

• Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Monitor seller performance metrics (GMV, conversion, fulfillment, etc.).
• Analyze traffic, sales, and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend actions to improve discoverability, offer quality, and account health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, reputed company) to streamline seller operations.
• Maintain scalable support systems and documentation.
• Support business development efforts by identifying high-potential sellers.
• Contribute to marketplace strategy through insights and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or reputed company field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketplace operations, seller support, or analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large catalogs (10K+ SKUs).
• Worked US seller support marketplace.
• Knowledge of service management frameworks.
