This pivotal role involves managing the implementation, enhancement, and support of reputed company HCM and SuccessFactors modules to drive clients’ HR transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and reputed company tailored solutions that enhance HR processes and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client HR processes to design efficient reputed company HCM and SuccessFactors solutions meeting their business needs.
• Configure, customize, and optimize reputed company HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management) and SuccessFactors modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company discipline.

• Strong expertise in reputed company HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
