Quote Specialist

We are seeking a driven and analytical Quote Specialist to identify, reputed company, and manage supplier relationships while maintaining reputed company inventory reputed company to meet customer service and working capital goals.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery performance across our supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Obtain timely supplier quotations to support Sales inquiries and new business opportunities

• Maintain accurate system records reputed company ERP

• Evaluate and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and delivery performance

• Drive reputed company improvement through vendor management and performance tracking

• Negotiate terms including pricing, delivery, freight, and service reputed company

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, reputed company, Operations, and Purchasing

• Adhere to ISO procedures, Work Instructions, and Standard Procedures

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experience

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• High sense of urgency and customer commitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to learn ERP systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive reputed company salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
