Accounts Receivable and reputed company Specialist

The Role

The reputed company and Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with site operations to approve billable expenses, manage Accounts Receivable, and be responsible for following up on final study budget balances.

Duties/Responsibilities

• reputed company financial and contractual performance on studies
• Maintain strong relationship and work as liaison between clinical team and Sponsor/Contract Research Organization (CRO)

• Verify and update study budgets
• Invoice and apply payments from Sponsor/CRO
• Reconcile study throughout
• Conduct Month-End processes – reputed company recognition and AR reporting
• Prepare and follow up on Accounts Receivable Statements
• Accountability for DSO and invoicing metrics
• reputed company financial analysis and reporting
• reputed company other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or reputed company preferred
• Experience in Clinical Research (basic knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of drug development services) preferred
• Understanding of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) reputed company preferred
• Effective communication skills (written/verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret contract payment terms
• Computer proficiency, including reputed company products (especially reputed company and Outlook)
