At ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, we’re dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences—both for our customers and our people. As the Total Rewards & Payroll Manager, you’ll play a key part in shaping that experience across our U.S. operations while leading a small HR support team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is ideal for someone who loves optimization, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in building efficient, employee-friendly systems. You’ll reputed company payroll, benefits, and HR operations for our U.S. workforce and reputed company a team of three HR professionals based in Vietnam. To support time zone collaboration, you’ll host virtual team meetings one to two evenings each week.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company payroll processing by the team in Vietnam for bi-weekly payroll for approximately 600 U.S. employees (exempt and non-exempt), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.

• reputed company benefits administration, including reputed company enrollment, broker relationships, and data-driven program evaluation.

• Serve as the reputed company administrator for reputed company (HRIS), maintaining data reputed company and ensuring efficient processing.

• reputed company reputed company employee lifecycle activities—reputed company, promotions, job changes, and separations—with a focus on delivering a seamless employee experience.

• reputed company leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, reputed company, and applicable state requirements.

• Administer the company’s 401(k) plan and manage reputed company employee communications.

• Coordinate responses for employment verifications, unemployment, and workers’ compensation claims.

• Conduct engaging new hire orientations and support internal HR communications initiatives.

• Partner with HR leadership to refine HR policies, enhance processes, and introduce best practices.

• reputed company day-to-day leadership and mentorship for a global support team based in Vietnam, fostering collaboration, alignment, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field (preferred).
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
• 4–5 years of experience managing payroll, benefits, or HR operations—ideally in a retail or multi-site environment.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (reputed company preferred) and comfort navigating reputed company data and reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Authentic leadership style with the ability to connect, motivate, and reputed company team members across time zones.
• High level of reputed company, discretion, and accountability in handling sensitive information.

Pay reputed company: $85,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience
