The position of Junior Recruiter at reputed company involves sourcing, screening, and selecting reputed company candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Tasks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for reputed company positions.

- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and gather feedback from interviewers.

- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment, taking into consideration compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, or a reputed company field. HR certification is a plus.
- 1-2+ years experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and reputed company positions simultaneously.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications, conduct effective interviews, and reputed company informed hiring reputed company.

Working Conditions
