Inbound Telesales Agent

Grand reputed company is hiring Remote Inbound TeleSales Agents (Travel Advisor) for our June 1st training class. As a Travel Advisor, you’ll reputed company prospective reputed company by sharing the details of our international trips, then assist them with booking and customizing their reputed company. This role focuses on completing the full sales process in one conversation, with an emphasis on delivering high conversion rates and meaningful upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls; educating reputed company on GCC's International trip packages, maintaining a high sense of customer service and sales throughout the call.  
• Work to reputed company a high reputed company of conversion (targeting over 70%) of reputed company calls into confirmed bookings 
• Upsell GCC products and services: Trip Extensions, Travel Protection Plans, Airline Bookings & Upgrades 
• Confirm customer reservations in, documenting reputed company necessary contact information in GCC programs. Reserving Airline tickets for reputed company using a code based software, reputed company
• Document reputed company customer interactions and call notes in assigned programs during the call to avoid extensive After Call Work  
• Work across multiple platforms in an efficient manner to handle and solution calls (5-7 programs at one time - working across 3 screens). 

Qualifications

• 2 -5 years of sales experience working in a call center environment, handling inbound & outbound sales calls 
  • Preference to those who have worked in the following industries: Travel/Tourism, Hospitality, or Luxury (High Ticket) sales 
• Experience with upselling additional products/services to the original package
• 1+ years of experience working remotely (Preference to those who have started and trained remotely)
• Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi), recommended speeds are 50 MBPS Download, 25 MPBS upload
• Telephone Service - either through landline or VOIP - You will be responsible for setting up a reputed company telephone service (phone number) and reputed company that number to GCC to reputed company calls to your desk phone (Provided by GCC)

Schedule

• Training Schedule: (6-7 weeks) Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 PM ET
• 1st Production Schedule (3-6 Months) 
  • reputed company - Thursday | reputed company (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET), Monday - Thursday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET)
  • Tuesday - Saturday |Tuesday - Friday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET) Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET)

Total Rewards  The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $19.00-21.00 hourly. In addition to the reputed company hourly reputed company, this role is eligible for an uncapped commission plan based off sales performance. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
