This position will be responsible for developing materials for, and training sales associates on, AT&T Wireless products, services, and processes, specifically for sellers and support agents.

Requirements

• Wireless and fiber broadband internet knowledge (AT&T preferred)
• Must be willing to learn and become an expert to fulfill our clients and business needs
• Competency in writing and speaking skills for retailer sales audiences
• Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development specifically reputed company to wireless (cellular), high-speed internet, and/or consumer electronics sales experience
• Own the natural confidence to tackle reputed company-changing offers, products, and services, as well as master unique and reputed company order entry systems, processes, and remedies
• Design and reputed company clear, engaging, aesthetically formatted courses that align with organizational goals and partner requests. This includes creating AT&T training materials, choosing delivery methods (e.g., online, in-person), and scheduling sessions
