Your contribution

• Support our IT Genius Bar team in delivering hands-on IT services for end users, gaining deep reputed company into modern workplace technologies (M365, devices, identity & reputed company, collaboration tools)

• Act as a trusted IT partner for business stakeholders, helping to analyze requirements, propose practical solutions, and improve how technology is used across the organization

• Contribute to innovation initiatives, including exposure to automation, AI-driven tools, and process optimization reputed company IT Operations

• Take ownership of small IT projects and improvement initiatives (e.g. documentation, tool enhancements, process optimization, pilots of new technologies)

• Learn and apply end-to-end IT processes (incident, request, asset, identity, device lifecycle) in a reputed company reputed company environment

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
