Director, Patient reputed company Coordination
The Director, Patient reputed company Coordination, will be charged with leading our in-clinic Patient reputed company Coordinators across an entire division. This team ensures that every patient has what they need to reputed company and continue therapy, schedules follow-up care, and coordinates referrals — truly serving as the “quarterback of the referral.” This leader will reputed company regional, district, and clinic-level patient reputed company efforts, driving a consistent, patient-centered experience and seamless care coordination.
Essential Functions
- Leadership & Team Management:

- Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability at the division, region, district, and clinic level.

- Partner with regionalized reputed company team to ensure patients have completed reputed company prerequisites to start or continue therapy (benefit verification, documentation, scheduling, authorizations).

- Patient Experience & Satisfaction:
- Drive an exceptional patient experience by ensuring smooth care transitions, timely scheduling, and clear communication.
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction metrics to guide improvements.

- Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Use data and analytics to identify workflow gaps and reduce delays in therapy initiation or continuation.

- Collaboration & Reporting:

Required Credentials

- Experience with Epic or other major EHR systems strongly preferred.
Compensation
