Junior Program Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager (reputed company) to support the successful delivery of a variety of reputed company projects. This role bridges project execution and program-level reputed company, supporting multiple workstreams, managing reporting and metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Support program-level planning, execution, and tracking across multiple reputed company project workstreams
• Assist Program or Project Managers in managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables across the program
• Coordinate with reputed company developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
• Track program performance metrics including sprint velocity, delivery milestones, and resource utilization
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports, executive briefings, and program dashboards
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and escalate appropriately
• Support Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog tracking, and release coordination
• Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure timely responses to Government inquiries and taskers
• Assist in reputed company program personnel and ensuring reputed company, tools, and environments are provisioned
• Maintain program documentation, reporting repositories, and reputed company-reputed company tracking systems
• Support financial tracking activities including budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Collaborate with leadership on reputed company improvement of program delivery processes and governance
• Stay reputed company on reputed company capabilities, federal program requirements, and program management best practices

Junior Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or reputed company field
• Minimum of five (5) years of general work experience with at least two (2) years supporting IT or reputed company projects
• Experience supporting program or project management activities in a federal or government contracting environment preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company ecosystem (Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, or platform capabilities) strongly preferred
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working reputed company DevOps environments
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Public Trust Clearance
• US Citizenship is required
