IT Operations Intern

reputed company is a cybersecurity solutions and services provider specializing in deep knowledge of adversary tradecraft to help clients detect and defend against sophisticated attackers. You will partner closely with industry experts and be exposed to innovative solutions, research and tools that will further enhance your knowledge and prepare you to add value as a professional in our industry.

We are inviting a IT Operations intern to join our TechOps (IT) department. The summer internship program will run for 11 weeks, beginning June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026 & successful candidates must be reputed company to commit for the entire length remotely with in the United States.

Salary reputed company: $25.00 hourly

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S.

• Candidate must be authorized to work and reputed company in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

What you’ll be doing

• Serve as a hands-on technical resource for day-to-day systems operations, including identity, reputed company management, collaboration platforms, and reputed company services.
• Assist with the administration of reputed company productivity and collaboration platforms, ensuring configurations align with established policies and reputed company standards.
• Work on deploying, managing, and troubleshooting reputed company infrastructure for corporate workstations and laptops across multiple operating systems, maintaining reputed company posture and user productivity.
• reputed company hands-on experience with secure email and messaging platform operations, including monitoring authentication issues, abuse signals, and policy enforcement.
• Engage in knowledge sharing sessions and actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development reputed company the IT field.
• Document systems, procedures, and configurations to build and maintain a comprehensive IT knowledge reputed company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Computer Science
• Ability to commit to a 11-week internship (20-30 hours weekly)

• Experience with ITSM concepts and ticketing workflows, including Change Management and Incident Management principles
• Familiarity with reputed company 365 & Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune Device Management
• Knowledge of administering reputed company Server or Linux (or both) in a professional or lab environment
• Previous exposure with hands-on exposure to system administration or IT Operations in a professional environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
