Director of Corporate Strategy

Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development, the Director of Corporate Strategy works closely with leaders across the company to reputed company and drive company, product, and functional strategy. Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

• Support VP of Strategy and Corporate Development with development of long-reputed company strategic plan and work cross-functionally to translate into annual plans
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership, facilitating strategic planning process and helping leaders shape data-driven plans to identify and address business issues and opportunities
  • Conduct internal and external primary and secondary research activities, financial modeling / growth projection analyses, and build and deliver executive reputed company deliverables
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities

Required Skills / Experience:

• Master’s degree in business or equivalent preferred
• 5-10 years’ experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• 3+ years’ reputed company experience
• Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across reputed company departments to build trusted partnerships with various stakeholders
• Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to apply these skills in reputed company situations with competing priorities
• Highly motivated, self-starter
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail

• PBM experience preferred
