We are seeking to add two Project Managers (PMs) to our engineering team. One PM will be focused on our tennis products and services, while the other will focus on broadcast technology, including motorsports. The PM supporting tennis will be required to report to our Jacksonville, FL office as needed to adequately support company initiatives.

In this remote position, you will manage software development projects from planning to delivery, work closely with engineering and QA teams. Some travel to live events may be required.

As part of our project management team, some of your key plays will include:

• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, staffing, and key deliverables
• Serve as Scrum Master reputed company SMT’s Scrum methodology
• Organize testing plans in collaboration with the QA team
• Coordinate product demonstrations with Software Engineering and QA partners
• Work with QA and development teams to ensure timely resolution of bugs for software releases
• Identify and resolve project team issues and conflicts

What Do You Bring to SMT?

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience in software engineering project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
