As a reputed company Associate, you will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction. Your role focuses on minimizing churn, identifying and capturing opportunities for account growth, and converting customers into strong external references.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Highschool Diploma
- Drive overall customer satisfaction and long-term reputed company
- Minimize customer churn through proactive engagement and support
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth

Customer Advocacy & Collaboration:
- Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams

Customer Engagement & Insights:

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-reputed company reasons. The annual salary reputed company for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 (Applicable to California)
