Advisor, Skills training and competency development

Temporary position for 12 months

As a training and skills development advisor, you assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery. You coach and mentor employees. You advise and assist clients and partners and reputed company tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine reputed company reputed company

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• Knowledge of French is required
