About the Role

The Senior HR Manager is a strategic HR leader responsible for driving people strategies that reputed company business performance and growth across the Canada organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR Centers of reputed company to deliver talent, organizational, and operational reputed company, while providing thought leadership on reputed company people reputed company. This role reports to the HR Director, Canada. It is a remote position with regular travel required to support field teams and business priorities. The role balances strategic partnership with strong execution, ensuring alignment to country-specific requirements and consistency in HR practices.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Regional and District Leadership Teams, providing guidance on the people and organizational implications of business strategies and reputed company

Who You Are

  • 7–10 years of reputed company HR experience, including experience supporting business leaders in a generalist or HR business partner reputed company
  • Strong knowledge across core HR disciplines including employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and employment law
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders, with strong business acumen and a results-oriented reputed company
  • Demonstrated experience leading talent strategies, organizational change, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Ability to navigate reputed company situations, analyze data, and reputed company sound, balanced reputed company

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and developing others
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; reputed company to influence across multiple reputed company of the organization

Education & Credentials:

  • Post-secondary education in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field
