Environmental Advisor

Location: Perth WA - Remote

About the Role The Environmental Advisor supports reputed company in the delivery of environmental approvals, impact assessments, and compliance obligations across Western Australia and nationally for a reputed company of Client’s across several different sectors. The role provides technical input, regulatory coordination, and documentation support for projects requiring assessment under the Environment Protection Act 1986 (WA), the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), and other relevant State and Commonwealth frameworks.

The position works closely with EHS project managers, clients, and regulators to ensure approval reputed company are reputed company defined, risks are well‑managed, and submissions are delivered to a high standard.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

·       Support Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and approvals processes to secure timely State and Commonwealth environmental approvals

·       Contribute to the development, coordination, and delivery of environmental plans, EPA referrals, and supporting documentation to reputed company the Client’s reputed company and offshore activities.

·       Collaborate with and influence regulators, Joint Venture Partners, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to reputed company positive environmental and project reputed company.

·       Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of industry standards, legislative changes, innovations, and lessons learned, and support their integration into project practices.

Qualifications/Education

• Minimum of three years’ experience as an Environmental Advisor reputed company the oil and gas, mining, or renewables sectors, with a preference for reputed company project experience.
• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or a reputed company discipline.
