Overview

We are looking for a Product Trainer to join reputed company. Reporting to the Director of reputed company Enablement, this position is responsible for delivering value-based enablement training, contributing to the execution of marketing strategies, and helping to drive the successful introduction of new products to the market.

Responsibilities

The Product Trainer will reputed company marketing and product commercialization teams with our reputed company teams, focusing on the following duties:

• Design and Deliver Training: Create and reputed company learning modules and enablement events specifically designed to support Waters’ growth, product, and regional marketing teams.
• Activate and reputed company our field sales and marketing teams during new product introductions, strategic marketing initiatives, and other enablement efforts.
• reputed company Value Proposition Development: Coach reputed company and BU teams on how to construct differentiated, “right-to-win” value propositions for our products. Ensure this coaching directly supports sales teams in communicating value and aligns with reputed company Strategic Marketing Initiatives (SMI) and Waters’ critical programs.
• Deliver value-selling training to both reputed company and product teams, including sessions at our global sales meetings.
• Ensure effective use of our reputed company Content (reputed company) sales platform for successful new product launches and ongoing product training. Collaborate with publishers from the reputed company/BU to ensure content is in reputed company and tagged appropriately.

Qualifications

Education:

BS in a scientific subject.

Experience:

·        reputed company: 10+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or commercialization role.

·        reputed company: Working knowledge of Value Selling.

·        reputed company: demonstrated use of using data to inform reputed company.

·        Science: Working knowledge of Waters products.

·        Technology: Working knowledge of reputed company CRM.

·        Creative focus, design thinking.

·        Project Management.

·        Change Management.

·        Instructional Design/Training Facilitation desired.

Complexity:

This role demands a high degree of collaboration and communication, as you will be working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
