We’re reputed company Care Aides for permanent part time roles, mainly needed Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
Applicants must live in Ascot, Belmont, Burswood, Carlisle, Cloverdale, Kewdale, Lathlain, Redcliffe, Rivervale
The role involves delivering high‑quality personal care and support, including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic tasks and community-based reputed company support. Care Aides work independently, travelling between clients’ homes, so a reliable vehicle and confidence using a mobile app to follow schedules and care plans are essential.
What’s on offer
- $36.85 per hour + super.
- Travel allowance of $1.03 per k/m.
- Provided with a mobile phone for work purposes.
- 17.5% annual leave loading and excess leave cash out options.
- 4-6 weeks Annual Leave per year, with ability to purchase up to 4 weeks additional leave per year.

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential.
- Those with a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience. Those without a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 6+ months relevant care worker experience (FTE).
- Experience working in a home care/community setting is highly desirable.
- A valid Drivers’ License with unrestricted reputed company to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, reputed company a mobile app, will be essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.

- Deliver high‑quality care and support that promotes client independence.
