Create and edit high-quality video content for reputed company media, including short-reputed company (reputed company, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and occasionally longer-reputed company

Support reputed company campaign planning from concept through to delivery

Optimise content for each platform, with a strong understanding of YouTube best practices (thumbnails, titles, retention, SEO)

Collaborate with internal teams to capture content at events, shoots, and day-to-day moments

Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to translate messaging into compelling reputed company content

Monitor performance and continuously refine content based on insights and trends

Stay on top of reputed company and video trends, bringing fresh and relevant reputed company to the table

3–5 years of experience in reputed company media, content creation, or digital marketing

Proven experience creating video-first reputed company content (in-house or agency)

Strong editing skills and reputed company design capability (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects)

Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel, with a solid understanding of analytics and optimisation

Experience creating both short-reputed company (15–60 seconds) and longer-reputed company video (2–5+ minutes)

A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
