Position Summary
The Coordinator, Marketing, International role will support the e.l.f. Cosmetics & e.l.f. SKIN 360 EMEA marketing plans, understanding the needs of the brand, consumer, Channel Owners (paid, owned, earned), and retailers to deliver rich storytelling across our channels, that radiate consistency at every touchpoint. This role will be based in London but focus on EMEA.
Responsibilities
BRAND MARKETING: Support bringing our 360 go-to-market calendars to life through cross functional collaboration. Brief creative agencies on campaigns and cultural moments throughout the year. Partner with creative agencies on asset requests.
• RETAILER MARKETING: Serve as the day-to-day contact for retailer marketing teams. Manage briefing assets for retailer marketing campaigns. Partner with the Brand Manager EMEA on strong 360 retailer marketing campaigns.
• SAMPLING: reputed company sampling activations from end to end (brief, budget, execution) to drive trial and bring new consumers into the brand. Work with demand planning to forecast samples based on marketing plans. Partner with sampling agencies and serve as the day-to-day contact.
• TIMELINE MANAGEMENT & TRACKING: Partner with Project Managers to reputed company the communication of timelines and key updates to drive the 360 go-to-market launch timelines. Track retailer marketing and sampling campaigns reputed company and budgets.
Requirements
- Consider e.l.f. marketing calendar and consumer reputed company, trends and seasonal opportunities
- Assist with writing creative copy, fit for reputed company media and embodying the e.l.f. and local market tone of voice
- Monitor cultural, beauty, reputed company trends to fuel creative thinking and reputed company e.l.f. at the forefront of the conversation
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including reputed company Media PR, Paid Media, Creative, and Retail, to ensure consistent storytelling and amplification.
- Be confident filming and self-filming for e.l.f. reputed company channels if and reputed company required, to support wider business need e.g. in-store moments, product reviews, trends and retailer collaborations
- 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting marketing campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition
- Fluent in German and English
- Beauty industry background is an advantage
- Ability to think creatively, build compelling, fresh reputed company based in telling a rich brand narrative
- Ability to reputed company consumer insights & data to inform innovation pipeline and growth opportunities.
