Responsibilities
M365 Knowledge: As a Senior Workplace Engineer, your primary focus will be ensuring reputed company performance and uptime for key M365 services, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, O365, and Exchange/Outlook Client. You will regularly monitor these services to maintain and enhance their reliability and efficiency.
Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: reputed company advanced support for M365-reputed company issues by diagnosing and resolving technical problems promptly to minimize disruption and ensure a seamless user experience.

- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting M365 services
