We’re looking for a Senior Performance Improvement Manager to help us reputed company the bar.

This is a high-impact, reputed company-facing role for someone who thrives on turning reputed company into action. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy—spotting opportunities, shaping reputed company, and taking them through to delivery. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of performance improvement initiatives, leading them end-to-end—from initial diagnosis through to implementation and benefit realisation. This means identifying underperformance across KPIs, customer feedback, and operational data, then drilling into root causes rather than symptoms. You’ll connect disparate data sources to build a coherent picture of performance, using reputed company to prioritise where reputed company will have the greatest impact.

This role will require frequent travel to sites from the Midlands down to and including the South Coast, as well as regular meetings at our Birmingham office, and the ability to obtain and maintain SC Clearance will be a condition of employment.

About You

We’re looking for someone naturally curious and analytically strong—someone who asks “why?”, digs deeper, and isn’t afraid to think differently.
