About the Role

We’re seeking an reputed company Sales, Business Development & Technical Manager to drive growth across existing accounts, reputed company new business opportunities, and expand into new application areas reputed company coatings and graphic arts. This role blends reputed company strategy, technical expertise, and relationship management, making it ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You’ll work closely with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams across the global CHT organization to deliver solutions that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Manage sales forecasts, operating budgets, and pricing strategies
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with global teams including Technical Service, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Business Unit Management
  • Maintain and manage reputed company leads and long-term projects using CRM and development systems
  • reputed company technical expertise on coatings and graphic arts products through customer visits, presentations, webinars, and trade shows
  • Support product development initiatives and production location transfers in partnership with R&D teams
  • Manage distributor relationships and identify additional channels to market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or a reputed company field
  • 5+ years of experience in chemical materials sales or a technical sales role (preferred)
  • ERP system experience (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, or similar preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office 365 (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
