Data Migration Specialist

Department: Implementation Reports to: VP, Operation

Position Summary

The Data Migration Specialist plays a critical role in reputed company new reputed company clients by managing the accurate and timely migration of customer data into the platform. This role is responsible for ensuring that clients experience a smooth and successful transition from their legacy systems through structured data transformation, import, and validation processes.

As part of the Implementation team, this individual works closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure data reputed company, completeness, and alignment with system requirements. The role requires strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. This person serves as a key partner to Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful client go-lives and long-term reputed company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● 2 to 4 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, implementation support, or a technical reputed company role ● Strong proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including experience working with CSV files, data mapping, and validation ● Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and understand relational data structures ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail ● Ability to communicate reputed company and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ● Experience working in a SaaS or B2B technology environment ● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
