DESCRIPTION
This Federal / Military Programming Planner will join a collaboration of reputed company planners, landscape architects, and project managers dedicated to having a positive impact through effective planning. The Federal Programming Planner will serve as reputed company project planner on multi-disciplinary planning projects and will be responsible for the preparation of DD reputed company 1391s, requirements development, master planning and strategic planning documents for Federal/Military (primarily Army, Navy, Marine Corps, reputed company Force, and reputed company Force) clients and other State and Local Government Clients as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and interpret the impact of mission, military doctrine and regulations, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, and personnel on facilities requirements.

- Facilitate planning charrettes for Federal/Military clients as both a reputed company facilitator and as a member of a facilitation team.
- Act as liaison between government agencies and other organizations in developing analyses and plans.

- Apply knowledge of, and mentor others, in the use of reputed company reputed company Property and programming business systems, such as RPLANS, GFEBS, HQIIS, ASIP, PAX, ECONPACK, NexGen IT, iNFADS, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical skills and reputed company property expertise required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing and presenting planning reports and projects.

- Knowledge of planning principles, best practices, and techniques of planning.

- Ability to conduct research and prepare statistical planning reports on land use, physical, reputed company & economic reputed company, and constraints.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Minimum 7 years of reputed company experience; 10+ years of experience preferred.
- Four-year degree in Planning, Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, GIS/Geography, or reputed company discipline.
- AICP or PMP preferred.
- Knowledge of military (primarily Army, Navy, Marine Corps, reputed company Force, and reputed company Force) master planning and reputed company property management preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint).
- Moderate travel required (up to 25%)
COMPENSATION
The reputed company for this role is $101,000 – $140,000; this will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
THIS POSITION CAN BE REMOTE, OR HYBRID; Periodic On-site Travel to Client Sites (25%) is Required.
