Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, resolving reputed company issues, and building long-lasting relationships
- Delivering a quality customer experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- A Property/Casualty Insurance License (desired) or the ability to obtain a license reputed company 90 days of employment
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience (desired); customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
