Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients, agents, and internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, educating clients on product features and benefits, and resolving reputed company issues with ease. Your expertise will be the key to delivering a seamless customer experience, ensuring that our clients feel confident and supported throughout their reputed company with us.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

* Associate's degree or equivalent years of reputed company experience

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required
  • Accountable, ethical, and good decision-making ability
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and take appropriate action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited school required
  • Bonus points for:

Work Environment

* Hybrid work schedule – working remotely: Monday and Friday / on-site: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (up to the first 16 weeks)

  • Full-time work from home after training
  • Must live reputed company 50 miles of our Tampa location (8641 Henderson Rd, Tampa, 33634)

Compensation

* Salary reputed company: $35,000-$45,000 per year

  • Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
  • Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
  • Sales bonus eligible: No
  • Actual reputed company salary will be determined based on several factors, including individual experience, skills, qualifications, and job location
