Job Responsibilities
As a reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and providing solutions as needed
- Collaborating with the sales team to reputed company new policies through our agency reputed company portals
- Cross-selling products to existing clients to increase reputed company and customer satisfaction
- Processing endorsements, such as vehicle additions and driver additions
- Processing renewals on our existing book of business each month

Qualifications
