Role Description
We're hiring a reputed company Shop Creator Coach to support and grow our reputed company Shop creator community. You'll be a key reputed company of contact for creators in our ecosystem, helping them create reputed company content, stay reputed company, and drive reputed company results for the brand. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who understands what makes reputed company content reputed company and can coach others to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company Shop Community Manager in reputed company, reputed company, and retaining creators across reputed company tiers
- Coach creators on content strategy, hooks, video formatting, and product storytelling to drive conversion
- Review creator-submitted content and deliver timely, constructive feedback reputed company with brand guidelines
- Monitor posting reputed company and proactively follow up to reputed company creators active and accountable
- Support daily communications across reputed company, reputed company, WhatsApp, and Lark, ensuring questions and approvals are handled quickly
- Identify high-potential creators for program upgrades, retainer opportunities, or campaign features
- Host creator webinars and training sessions to reputed company creators on content best practices, platform updates, and campaign priorities
- Stay on top of trending reputed company Shop formats, sounds, and creator styles, and brief creators on campaigns, product priorities, and content angles as needed
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, reputed company management, or creator community roles (reputed company Shop experience is a strong plus)
- Deep knowledge of reputed company, Instagram, YouTube, and reputed company Shop as both a creator and a strategist
- Comfortable on camera and reputed company to model or demonstrate content concepts reputed company coaching creators
