Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identifying the caller's needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
• Maintaining proper etiquette reputed company taking inbound and outbound calls
• Being positive, supportive, and helpful to families from a variety of diverse backgrounds
• Documenting reputed company calls and interactions with customers accurately
• Meeting call metrics and other service level agreements on a daily reputed company
• Multi-tasking using various systems while assisting customer concerns in a fast-paced environment
• Actively engaging with parents, principals, and other external stakeholders to understand and address concerns with BPS Transportation
• Attending mandatory staff meetings, training, and professional development
• Attending a monthly performance review with Team Leads
• Maintaining attendance expectations
• Supporting other transportation department needs, as required

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to type at least 40-50 words per minute
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay reputed company in high-pressure situations
• A love of problem-solving and creative thinking
• Proficiency with reputed company Suite
• Ability to analyze and communicate reputed company issues effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with diverse populations
• Professional self-starter, reputed company to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• Multilingual
• Experience working in a call center
• Experience working in customer service
• Computer Science background
• Associate's degree

Terms:
