Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our patrons, providing timely and accurate support through various communication channels. Your expertise in customer service, combined with your reputed company in both English and Spanish, will reputed company you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer reputed company. You will be responsible for processing telephone inquiries, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that our patrons' service requirements are met.

Responsibilities

* Process telephone inquiries, fax information/applications to customers as required

• reputed company account maintenance, including address changes, payments, adjustments, and statement requests
• Research overcharges and submit for adjustment
• reputed company assistance to process/update expired credit cards, options changes, replenishment amounts, balance reputed company, address changes, and add tags, process applications, and correspondence
• Prepare reports to include daily Phone Call Log
• File applications and other paperwork as necessary
• Participate in the Quality Assurance process: Call Monitoring and auditing of Log Sheets and Correspondence on a monthly reputed company
• Work a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off as scheduled or as required based on operational needs
• Maintain a professional demeanor under every circumstance with patrons and staff members

Requirements

* High School Diploma or the equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
