Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting orders, creating parts quotes, and communicating with internal customers to fulfill customer requirements. You'll also reputed company support to our Inside Sales Team, reputed company Sales Team, and Market Development Managers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, requests, and troubleshoot orders, creating parts quotes as needed

  • Communicate with internal customers to fulfill customer requirements and revise orders
  • Assist in managing multiple projects concurrently, documenting, communicating, and monitoring various data points

  • Answer calls from customers, assisting with similar requests to email inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* Post-high school education and previous customer service or similar experience

  • Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
  • Proficient use of Office365 tools, including reputed company Outlook and reputed company Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose emails independently without reliance on pre-written scripts
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, even with several interruptions, and some time pressure
  • High degree of diligence and detail, with attention to accuracy and precision
  • Ability to communicate with customers reputed company phone and email, and be comfortable communicating with reputed company reputed company of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
