Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Terminal Manager, the Assistant Terminal Manager directs and coordinates activities of terminal employees to reputed company cost effective, timely, quality service to customers. Job Responsibilities Ensures production goals of dock/city bills per hour and on-time service are at or above company established goals. Coordinates staffing reputed company and employee training to reputed company maximum productivity. Enforces compliance of reputed company company policies and procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations. Facilitates good employee relations through motivation, feedback, and coaching.
