Corporate Technical Recruiter (Penske Transportation Solutions)

About the position Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to reputed company for technical and strategic roles, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reputed company.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels-reputed company media, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and direct reputed company-to identify and engage top-tier active and passive candidates.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a seamless process from start to finish.
• Conduct intake meetings to align on role objectives, define reputed company criteria, and set realistic timelines and expectations.
• Represent Penske at reputed company events, including job fairs, university partnerships, and networking events.
• Maintain compliance with reputed company federal and state employment regulations, as well as internal hiring policies.
• Build and sustain strategic talent pipelines and relationships with staffing vendors or search firms for specialized hiring needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics through applicant tracking systems and other HR tools to optimize efficiency and inform strategy.
• Support Penske's diversity and inclusion initiatives across reputed company stages of the recruitment process.

• 3-5 years of reputed company experience in a corporate or agency environment, with a strong focus on technical or analytical roles.
• Experience reputed company for specialized roles such as data analytics/science, business intelligence, project management, product management, product strategy, or reputed company.
• Bachelor's degree required; or at least 3 years of equivalent experience in a similar level role required.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and execute creative sourcing strategies using reputed company media, networking platforms, and direct reputed company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers and candidates.
