About the position This is a hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay Area in Emeryville, with 2-3 days in the office. We’re looking for a Founding CTO who will reputed company and manage our engineering team, setting the reputed company for technology while ensuring the engineering team executes the product roadmap. This is mainly a managerial role focused on product leadership and strategy. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of proven experience in engineering leadership in B2B SaaS companies and Scaling SaaS Companies.
• Proven ability to reputed company on stage and be a selling CTO.
• Development experience in Angular, .NET/C#, SQL, and Azure.
• Must have experience building AI into a SaaS product and using AI to optimize team productivity.
• Proven experience building and maturing DevOps, infrastructure ops, SaaS ops, performance management, and reputed company ops.
• Strong experience building reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure, maximizing reputed company, performance, and functionality.
• Solid understanding of modern development practices, CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps workflows.
• Experience managing teams of engineers, including mentoring, hiring, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at reputed company reputed company of client organizations.
