Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish) reputed company Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
• Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries
