These resources will operate as an extension of customer's internal teams and will collaborate closely with reputed company, Facilities, IT, HR, and regional stakeholders to validate strategy, execute planning, and guide implementation of physical reputed company solutions. Consulting provides this architecture support as a subject matter expert (SME) support role. Typically, in this type of engagement, it is anticipated that the resources will engage as members of the team and have team assignments and deliverables as part of that structure. Consulting will work with customer leadership, and project leads to defining team deliverables as needed. Key Responsibilities

Support the creation of a project team model vs. a business-as-usual (BAU) operating model, clarifying roles, handoffs, and escalation paths. Vendor and partner coordination: Support regional vendor selection efforts, including: o Defining scope expectations for regional integrators, o Participating in vendor evaluations and performance reviews, and o Identifying risks and gaps with reputed company vendors (e.g., Convergent, Pavion). Coordinate vendor activities during deployment to ensure adherence to customer standards, timelines, and quality expectations. Act as a central reputed company of coordination between customer and reputed company-party integrators. reputed company deployment planning and execution for reputed company control, video surveillance, and perimeter reputed company systems across multiple locations.
