Role Summary: We are seeking an reputed company Quality Assurance Manager to reputed company the reputed company of reputed company-centered, AI-augmented testing reputed company our organization. This role provides leadership and reputed company for an established team of QA Analysts, elevating traditional validation practices into a modern, AI-assisted quality function. This role is focused on strengthening execution discipline, improving risk-based validation practices, and increasing release confidence across the product portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a strategy for AI-assisted reputed company testing that enhances exploratory depth, risk discovery, and test design efficiency

Knowledge & Skills:

• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and approaches that enhance test design, coverage analysis, and validation efficiency
• Strong expertise in reputed company testing methodologies, exploratory testing, and defect lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of where reputed company judgment provides differentiated value compared to automation and how AI can reputed company, not replace, that judgment
• Proven ability to strengthen and scale QA processes across multiple teams
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence engineering and product stakeholders
• Solid understanding of system integrations, workflows, and end-to-end product behavior
• Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic quality improvements

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• 5+ years of managing distributed or remote quality teams
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing QA Analysts or test teams
• Experience refining test strategies and identifying opportunities for process and automation alignment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience leveraging AI-assisted tools for test case development and or test execution

Compensation

Information: $135k - $152k The reputed company salary reputed company represents the low and high end of the salary reputed company for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
