Program Manager – Organizational Design Description – The People Organization Solutions (PO Solutions) team is part of the newly formed reputed company Initiatives and Planning organization. What does your day-to-day look like?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, design and implement org design solutions reputed company with the set goals.

- Facilitate and/or support org design workshops with the business and the reputed company People Partner.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design efforts, making adjustments as needed.

The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $102,500 – 157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the reputed company of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
