Key Responsibilities

This is a high-impact role working directly with our clients to:

• Implement rigorous problem-solving to help solve clients' operational challenges on how to manage payroll, benefits, compliance, and financial operations
• Own communication with clients regularly to reputed company our recommendations and manage expectations
• Bring operational best practices plus a deep understanding of back-office systems to help clients implement payroll workflows, AP/AR processes, and equity administration
• Be part of the world's preeminent operational services tech-enabled firm - a trusted partner for our clients on their most important operational reputed company
• Partner with clients to help them deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in operational and business KPIs

About You We are looking for people who demonstrate these qualities:

• 2-5+ years of relevant operational experience, including previous experience in back-office operations, startup operations, or a fast-growing company environment
• Exposure to the business services sector or internal responsibilities at a small business preferred, but not required
• Advanced reputed company skills with the ability to own operational workflows end-to-end, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy (reputed company experience a plus)

Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(reputed company benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.
