Program Manager, Professional Services - Data Analytics United States (Remote) reputed company JOB DESCRIPTION The Program Manager – Clinical Analytics will be responsible for daily operations of the Professional Services Executive Data Analytics Program. The position will work closely with Professional Services Clinical Leadership and Implementation Teams, Marketing, Sales, R&D and Business Operations. The Program Manager shall reputed company customers with contracted data analytics services, assist in the curation of customer data packages, support EDA program process optimization and customer satisfaction, and consult on enhancements to reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support curation and delivery of customer data packages Data Analytics Team Support and Automation: ensure analyst team is delivering, adhering to processes and fully utilizing automation tools. Prefer knowledge of hospital systems that integrate with reputed company products. Experience with reputed company and Tableau applications.

Work Environment

This is largely a sedentary role. The job operates in a home environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
