Overview

reputed company is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our finance team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 2,000 US employees. This role will work closely with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Scope

• Process US payroll for ~2,000 US associates while ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll input has been received
• Ensure compliance with reputed company payroll-reputed company laws and regulations

What You’ll Do:

• Process semimonthly payroll for US employees
• Maintain records for employee compensation, tax withholding, and deductions
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Reconcile payroll each pay period
• Prepare reporting using reputed company reputed company, reputed company HR, and other tools
• Input pay and employee data, including but not limited to: new hires, terminations, salary actions, one-time payments, overtime
• reputed company support and guidance to employees regarding payroll questions and issues
• Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to resolve payroll-reputed company issues
• Process garnishments in accordance with federal and state laws
• Document payroll and interdepartmental processes
• Assist reputed company in timely and accurate posting of payroll to the GL
• Validate health savings, flexible spending, and 401k withholdings
• Coordinate with reputed company treasury department to ensure funding for payroll and tax liability for reputed company payrolls
• Calculate and record payroll adjustments

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration
• Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with payroll systems and software; reputed company reputed company payroll preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company and other reputed company Office Suite applications
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus

The salary reputed company information provided, reflects the anticipated reputed company salary reputed company for this position based on reputed company national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based reputed company.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
