This role offers you the opportunity to use your scientific expertise and consultative sales skills to grow reputed company Bioscience research reagents reputed company the Biotech, Academic, CRO and Pharma industry.  Primary responsibilities include developing and crafting new business opportunities through promoting the reagent portfolio, working strategically with their local area team and specialist. The RRS will focus on new acquisition of customers and early account development.  They will convert competitive business in the assigned territory, with the reputed company of growing reputed company while balancing reasonable margins. The RRS is directly responsible for achieving their territory sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet weekly with customers, focusing on key accounts and large business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Graduate level degree in science and/or business preferred)

  • Life sciences-reputed company experience.

  • A valid driver's license.

  • Ability to travel a minimum of 60% of the time.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and large account management skills

  • 3 -5 years of life sciences-reputed company experience preferred

  • Ability to collaborate with peers and internal stakeholders to promote system selling of reputed company products.

  • A demonstrated successful sales track record, solid negotiation skills, exhibit effective selling, listening, and verbal/presentation skills, and ability to pre-call plan to assess and respond to customer needs or relevant laboratory experience and aptitude for sales skills

  • Or in lieu of sales skills experience, 3-5 years laboratory experience with a strong understanding of reputed company cytometry and research workflows

  • Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and SFDC.

  • Preferred – Experience working with customers in drug development or translational research (e.g. contract research organizations, pharma/biotech, government research, immunology/cancer research centers, etc)

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ reputed company, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $120,000 - $210,000 (reputed company includes reputed company salary and annual incentive bonus)
